Tenth Revolution Group is hiring German speakers to join our Barcelona team as a 360° IT Recruitment Consultant. You will build your own market in Germany, prospect clients, source IT talent, and manage the full recruitment process from prospecting to close.

No recruitment experience is required as we provide training. Expect uncapped commissions from day one, full training, coaching, and fast career progression in a high-performance tech ecosystem.

Formación

• Fluent German and English required.
• French or Dutch are a big plus.
• Sales background (BD, account management, etc.).
• Strong mindset: competitive, resilient, driven.
• No recruitment experience needed – we train you.

Responsabilidades

• Build your own market (Germany).

What you’ll be doing?

• Building your own market (Germany)


• Prospecting clients (calls, emails, networking)


• Sourcing and qualifying IT talent


• Managing the full recruitment process


• Closing deals between candidates and clients

• Fluent German + English (French or Dutch as a big plus)


• Sales background (BD, account management, real estate, call center…)

Salary expectactation:

• Junior Recruitment Consultant (Entry-level) with €23,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €23,000–€30,000


• Recruitment Consultant (Experienced) with €25,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €25,000–€38,000

Uncapped commission structure — earnings can exceed the estimated range depending on individual performance.
