Tenth Revolution Group in Barcelona is looking for Dutch speakers to join our Benelux team as a 360° IT Recruitment Consultant. You will build your own market in the Benelux, prospect clients, source and qualify IT talent, and manage the full recruitment process.

The role offers uncapped commissions from day one, full training, fast career progression, and access to top tech ecosystems. If you have a sales background and fluency in Dutch and English (French or German a plus), this is your step

What you'll be doing?

• Building your own market (Benelux)
• Prospecting clients (calls, emails, networking)
• Sourcing and qualifying IT talent
• Managing the full recruitment process
• Closing deals between candidates and clients

What we're looking for?

• Fluent Dutch + English (French or German as a big plus)
• Sales background (BD, account management, real estate, call center…)
• Strong mindset: competitive, resilient, driven
• Someone who wants more than just a job

Salary expectactation:

• Junior Recruitment Consultant (Entry-level) with €23,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €23,000-€30,000
• Recruitment Consultant (Experienced) with €25,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €25,000-€38,000

Uncapped commission structure - earnings can exceed the estimated range depending on individual performance.
