Tenth Revolution Group in Madrid is seeking an IT Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation Intern to join our recruitment and commercial team and gain hands-on experience in both sides of the business.

You’ll learn how the 360° recruitment model works from the ground up while working in an international environment focused on performance, teamwork and career progression.

In Madrid, we’re growing a new team focused on IT Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation, combining recruitment and commercial development in an international environment.

Your role

As an IT Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation Intern, you’ll join our recruitment and commercial team and get hands‑on experience in both sides of the business.

You’ll work alongside experienced consultants, learning how the 360° recruitment model works from the ground up.

Your mission will be simple

• Find and attract great IT talent
• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Learn how to turn conversations into successful placements

No previous recruitment experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases
• Write engaging messages and approach candidates directly
• Screen candidates and take part in interviews
• Build and grow your professional network within the tech market

Developing business opportunities

• Connect with existing and potential clients
• Identify new contacts and commercial opportunities
• Support consultants and managers with business development activities
• Learn how to build professional relationships and generate leads

Supporting the full recruitment process

• Get involved in sourcing, interviews, feedback and negotiations
• Follow candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Work closely with consultants to successfully close opportunities
• Develop your communication, negotiation and commercial skills

What you’ll learn

This isn’t an internship where you’ll just be watching from the sidelines.

You’ll get practical experience in

• Advanced tech sourcing - Boolean searches, market mapping, ATS tools and more
• Candidate & client communication
• Relationship building and networking
• Sales, business development and lead generation
• KPIs, targets and performance management
• The 360° recruitment model - sourcing, sales, client relationships and closing

You’ll also work in a genuinely international environment, giving you the opportunity to develop skills that can take you much further than your first role.

At the end of your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a Junior Consultant (360°) role, combining recruitment, sales and client management.

You’ll go from learning the basics to managing your own candidates, clients, targets and commercial opportunities.
