Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Junior Sales Recruiter to join our fast-growing European hub in Barcelona. You’ll build relationships, identify top tech professionals, and drive outbound business development across France, Benelux and German-speaking markets.

Language fluency in French, German or Dutch plus good English is required. Prior recruitment experience isn’t essential—attitude, resilience and ambition count more than background, with uncapped commission and clear progression.

Formación

• Ambition, resilience and attitude are valued over prior recruitment experience.
• Language requirements: French or German or Dutch fluency, plus good English for internal communication.
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying and engaging top technology professionals
• Conducting candidate qualification calls and interviews
• Business development and outbound calling
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
• Achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
