EF English Live is seeking a Junior Sales Consultant in Barcelona to drive sales of online English courses. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, upgrade existing customers, and own regional sales with KPI targets. A hybrid setup offers 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales, native or advanced Italian, and at least B2 English. You will join a multinational office with a results-driven culture and strong earning potential through commissions.

Formación

• Based in Barcelona.
• 1-2 years of sales experience minimum.
• Advanced/native level of Italian.
• English at least B2 level.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of Italian to join our European team in Barcelona's office.

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

• Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls.
• Upgrade and Renew current customers.
• Qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities.
• Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
• Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
• Performs database and record-keeping activities.

Requirements

• The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
• 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
• An advanced/native level of Italian.
• A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
