EF English Live Sales Team in Barcelona is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sales Consultant with high level German to join our European team in our Barcelona office.

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will sell and promote our Online English courses, drive revenue, and help grow the number of students joining our online school in a fast-growing business.

Formación

• Based in Barcelona.
• Advanced/native level of German; English at least B2.
• 1–2 years of sales experience minimum.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Effective and concise communicator.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Inbound and outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls.
• Upgrade and renew current customers.
• Qualify leads and turn them into business opportunities.
• Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and meet KPI/sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
• Perform database and record-keeping activities.

EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of German to join our European team in Barcelona's office.

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

• Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls.
• Upgrade and Renew current customers.
• Qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities.
• Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
• Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
• Performs database and record-keeping activities.
  

Requirements

• The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
• An advanced/native level of German. Any other language (Polish, Dutch would be a plus).
• 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
• A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
