The ideal candidate speaks native-level Italian and strong English, has a degree in a related field, and possesses excellent communication skills. This role involves contacting leads, understanding customer needs, and ensuring they are matched with suitable educational programs. A permanent, full-time contract is offered with a hybrid work model after onboarding, alongside competitive salary and commission structure.

Responsabilidades

• Contact and follow up on leads generated by the Marketing team.
• Understand customer needs and recommend educational programs.
• Update and maintain the CRM accurately.
• Manage the full customer journey from first contact to booking.
• Coordinate handover to Customer Service on completion.

Main responsibilities

• Contact and follow up on leads generated by the Marketing team

• Accurately update and maintain the CRM (Salesforce)
• Manage the full customer journey—from first contact to program booking
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Service team
