Education First in Barcelona is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sales Consultant to promote our Online English courses to European customers. You will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, drive new business and help grow our online school with a focus on French-speaking clients.

This role offers a fixed salary plus attractive commissions, a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 from home), and a multinational team.

Formación

• Must be based in Barcelona
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Advanced/native level of French
• English speaking at least B2
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsabilidades

• Inbound and outbound calls to potential customers (no cold calls)
• Upgrade and renew current customers
• Qualify leads and turn them into opportunities
• Take ownership of direct sales in the region and meet KPIs/sales targets

EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of French to join our European team in Barcelona's office.

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls.
• Upgrade and Renew current customers.
• Qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities.
• Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
• Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
• Performs database and record-keeping activities.

Requirements:

• The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
• 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
• An advanced/native level of French.
• A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
