Education First in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Sales Consultant with strong German skills to promote our Online English courses. You will drive direct sales, manage customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth within a multinational team.

The role requires 1-2 years of sales experience, German fluency, and English at a minimum B2 level. Expect a hybrid work arrangement with office days and work-from-home flexibility, plus a competitive compensation package with commissions.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers (no cold calls).
• Upsell and renew current customers and convert leads into opportunities.
• Qualify leads and drive direct sales in the region to meet KPIs and targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries proactively.
• Maintain database and records related to sales activities.

EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of German to join our European team in Barcelona's office.

As aJunior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls.
• Upgrade and Renew current customers.
• Qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities.
• Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
• Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
• Performs database and record-keeping activities.

Requirements:

• The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
• An advanced/native level of German. Any other language (Polish, Dutch would be a plus).
• 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
• A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
