Education First's EF- English Live Sales Team in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Sales Consultant who speaks fluent Italian and has a motivation to grow in sales. You will drive online course enrollments, handle inbound/outbound inquiries, and work in a hybrid setup.

The role requires 1-2 years sales experience, English at least B2, and a target-driven mindset. Flexible office schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 from home, with a generous commission plan.

Formación

• Fluent/native Italian required.

EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of Italian to join our European team in Barcelona's office.

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls.
• Upgrade and Renew current customers.
• Qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities.
• Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
• Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
• Performs database and record-keeping activities.

Requirements:

• The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
• 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
• An advanced/native level of Italian.
• A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
