EF English Live is seeking a Junior Sales Consultant to join our European team in Barcelona's office. You will sell and promote our Online English courses and play a key role in developing revenue and student numbers for our online school.

The role requires being based in Barcelona, 1-2 years sales experience, native or advanced Spanish, and English at least B2. It offers a hybrid work arrangement with a flexible schedule and a strong commission plan.

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

• Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls.
• Upgrade and Renew current customers.
• Qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities.
• Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
• Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
• Performs database and record-keeping activities.

Requirements

• The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
• 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
• An advanced/native level of Spanish.
• A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
