Jobtailor in Barcelona focuses on selling EF English Live online English courses. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, upgrade renewals, and own the regional direct sales process to hit KPIs and drive growth in student enrollment.

The ideal candidate speaks advanced German and English (B2 minimum), has 1–2 years in sales, and thrives in a target-driven, customer-focused team. Local market knowledge and collaboration are valued.

Formación

• 1-2 years experience in Sales minimum.
• Advanced/native level of German. Any other language (Polish, Dutch would be a plus).
• Minimum English speaking ability: B2.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and promote EF English Live online English courses.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential new customers; zero cold calls.
• Upgrade and renew current customers.
• Qualify leads and turn them into business opportunities.
• Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPIs and sales targets.
• Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
• Perform database and record-keeping activities.

Requirements

• The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
• An advanced/native level of German. Any other language (Polish, Dutch would be a plus).
• 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
• A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
