Hitachi Energy is hiring seven L1 Application Support Analysts for its IT Service team in Madrid or Barcelona. This entry-level role places you on the first line of support for business applications, resolving incidents and service requests while ensuring timely and effective support across the organization.

You will join an international environment and contribute to a growing support organization spanning multiple time zones.

Formación

• Entry-level role in IT service management and application support.
• Familiarity with incident and service request management.
• Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a first point of contact for users experiencing issues with business applications and provide initial functional support.
• Manage incidents and service requests through their lifecycle with accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Troubleshoot common application issues and guide users on functionality or misuse.
• Escalate incidents requiring deeper analysis to L2/L3 teams and follow through to resolution.
• Monitor recurring incidents and collaborate with other teams to identify improvements.
• Contribute to an effective support service through clear communication and structured ticket management.
