Hitachi Energy is recruiting 7 L1 Application Support Analysts for our IT Service team in Madrid or Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for business applications, resolving incidents and requests, and ensuring timely support across time zones.

• Escalate deeper technical issues to L2/L3 teams and monitor resolution progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify service improvements.
