Hitachi Energy in Barcelona invites a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team. You will troubleshoot and resolve software issues, document solutions, and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth operation of our cloud-based solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 4–6 years of Azure configuration/development experience, MS SQL, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Azure Configuration or development.
• Experience working with MS SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Portal ecosystem (Application Insights, Azure Data Factory, Azure Dashboard, API Management, Traceability).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems.
• Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.
• Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly.
• Contribute to product development during testing, release and hyper-care of new functionality as required
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas.
