Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Support Advisor fluent in Italian to provide first-line technical assistance to a major software project. The role is on-site in La Coruña, with a full-time schedule of 09:00–18:00 and a permanent contract.

You will assist users with Office 365, cloud services, and Windows products, delivering patient, solution-focused support and maintaining high customer satisfaction as part of a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Italian language is native and English is advanced.
• IT training or experience with Microsoft cloud products and Office suite.
• Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers for IT products and services.
• Assist users with issues related to Office 365, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint and Windows.
• Deliver excellent customer service and accurate troubleshooting steps.
