Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Italian-speaking customers in Barcelona. The role is hybrid, based at our central location, and includes full-time hours with rotating shifts.

You will handle incoming calls, logs, and SLA adherence, while building product knowledge and escalating when needed. English and Italian fluency are required, with Office/Windows familiarity.
