Factorial HR in Barcelona seeks a results-oriented Onboarding Team Lead to recruit and guide a 6-7 person Onboarding Specialists team.

You will shape recruitment strategies, monitor performance, and drive retention and faster onboarding, while fostering a high-energy, inclusive culture.

Fluency in English and Italian, strong analytics, and project-management skills are essential to thrive in our fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Formación

• Leadership of onboarding or customer-facing teams
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments preferred
• Fluent in English; Italian beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Passionate about technology and customer service
• Knowledge of HR industry is valuable
• Excellent communication and adaptability skills

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire Onboarding Specialists quickly and efficiently
• Manage a team of Onboarding Specialists (6–7 people) for high performance
• Monitor team performance metrics and address gaps and improvements
• Implement new strategies to increase customer retention and reduce onboarding duration
• Motivate the team and provide ongoing feedback
• Foster a fun, high-energy environment where people love coming to work
• Maintain consistency in hitting duration and retention targets
