Factorial HR is seeking a Partner Business Developer for the Italian Market to propel partnerships and unlock new business opportunities. You will build meaningful alliances, support Partners, and align activities with the Partner Sales team.

The role requires a native Italian speaker with English at B2, strong relationship skills, and a proactive, travel-ready mindset (approximately two weeks per month). Factorial HR offers a dynamic, multicultural environment headquartered in Barcelona.

Formación

• Native Italian speaker with at least B2 English.
• Experience in Sales or Consulting.
• Strong technical skills and passion for digital innovation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage relationships end-to-end.
• Willingness to travel monthly to meet Partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation and business opportunities through strategic Partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners and monitor their performance.
• Support Partners with guidance to maximize performance and generate new business.
• Coordinate activities across the Partner Sales team to ensure alignment.
• Travel about two weeks per month to strengthen Partner relationships and growth.
• Identify challenges and propose practical solutions to improve collaboration.
• Independently manage Partner relationships and opportunities end-to-end.
