Job summary

Axpo Group in Madrid is seeking a proactive IT Transformation PMO professional to help steer strategic IT initiatives and drive efficiency across the Group IT function. You will coordinate high-priority projects, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international setting, while embracing agile delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large-scale projects or transformation initiatives (3–5 years).
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in international environments.
• Interest in agile delivery methods; familiarity with Scrum or SAFe preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum/SAFe are a plus.
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for technology.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the IT transformation journey to improve efficiency and agility across Group IT.
• Assist with setup, coordination, and reporting of high-priority initiatives as PMO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
• Support planning and delivery of Group IT events such as Quarterly Planning and Preparathon.
• Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder exchanges.
• Help introduce new tools and technologies to optimize processes and ways of working.
• Document processes, procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
