Axpo Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll and Time Management consultant to support our HR modernization program as part of Axpo's Digital Transformation. You will implement, configure, and maintain SAP payroll and time management modules, ensuring compliance and performance.

The role requires deep SAP HCM expertise, collaboration with stakeholders, and hands-on delivery across projects, with a flexible hybrid work setup in Madrid.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules.
• Experience configuring SAP Payroll/Time Management in SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP certification in Payroll and Time Management preferred.
• Fluent English; German a strong advantage.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP Payroll/Time Management projects.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on configuration of SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll and Time Management modules.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and manage payroll processes in the system.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements.
• Oversee transition to operations and support model post-implementation.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
• Stay updated on SAP Payroll and Time Management features and best practices.
• Implement SAP OSS notes and system updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Payroll with Finance and other modules.
• Participate in upgrades, integrations, enhancements and migrations.
