Axpo Group in Madrid is seeking an IT transformation PMO professional to support our strategic IT initiatives. You will coordinate high-priority programs, facilitate meetings, and drive collaboration across international teams.

In this hybrid role, you will help plan events, document processes, and introduce new tools to optimize how we work. Fluent English and strong organizational skills are essential, with 3–5 years of experience.

Formación

• Experience in business informatics, business administration, or a similar field through studies or equivalent training.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting and coordinating large-scale projects or transformation initiatives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international and evolving environment.
• Interest in agile delivery methodologies; ideally, you have worked with frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Ideally, certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, IPMA, PfMP, or PPMC.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
• Professional English skills, both written and spoken.
