Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced Senior PMO to lead governance, planning, reporting, risk management and delivery oversight across consumer healthcare projects in Spain.

The role collaborates with business stakeholders and a global SI partner to ensure program alignment, drive consistent PMO practices, and support executive decision-making. Fluent English and strong communication are required.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in Senior PMO, Program PMO, or Program Management within large-scale transformations.
• Strong expertise in PMO governance, integrated planning, RAID management, and budget tracking.
• Experience coordinating external System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and consolidate integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.

• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Track program performance, progress, and delivery risks.
• Support stakeholder communication and decision-making processes.
• Drive consistency in project management methodologies, standards, and reporting practices.

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Senior PMO to play a key role in governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery oversight in the Consumer Healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and a leading global system integration partner to ensure successful program execution and alignment across all workstreams.

• Lead PMO governance activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain and consolidate integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Track program performance, progress, and delivery risks.
• Support stakeholder communication and decision-making processes.

Who are you?

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior PMO, Program PMO, or Program Management professional within large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in: PMO Governance, Integrated Planning, RAID Management, Budget & Financial Tracking
• Experience managing and coordinating external System Integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and executive committees.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in: MS Project (or equivalent planning tools), Microsoft Excel, Portfolio and Project Reporting tools, Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated environments.
• ITIL certification or Service Management expertise.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation practices.
• Experience with M365, Intune, and modern workplace technologies.
