Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking an IT PMO lead to manage the setup and migration to a new Madrid office and related European locations. This interim six-month contract involves coordinating with business stakeholders and the IT PMO to ensure a smooth relocation and deployment of IT infrastructure.

You will drive end-to-end IT project delivery, manage milestones, risks and budget, and report progress. Strong English (French a plus) and proven PM experience with office relocation are essential.

Qualifications

• IT project manager with experience in office setup or site relocation.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and IT operations project management.
• Strong English communication; French desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage set up and migration to new office locations end-to-end.
• PMO for IT infrastructure and systems setup.
• End-to-end IT project management with stakeholder engagement.
• Track and report project progress within budget and schedule.
• Define milestones, monitor progress, manage stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage risk and resolve issues.
