Talan is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Manager to lead a large ERP transformation within Spain, focusing on a Dynamics 365 migration. The role demands governance, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination across IT, business units, and integrators in a remote setting.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with +5 years in IT program governance. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers global exposure and a multicultural project environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of PMO/PM experience in IT programs.
• Experience in ERP implementations or migrations.
• Governance, cost control and resource management experience.
• Ability to structure projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Spanish; based in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and manage the overall project governance for the Spanish rollout.
• Monitor budget, resources, planning, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, integrators).
• Ensure alignment between global and local stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Manage reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support integration and migration processes.
