Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT Senior Consultant / IT Program Manager in Madrid to lead complex IT transformation projects, including modernization and migrations. You will define roadmaps, budgets and governance, coordinating technical teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 8–10 years in IT project/program management, experience with application modernization and cloud transformations, and proficiency in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.

Formación

• 8–10 years of IT project or program management experience.
• Experience in application modernization, infrastructure migration, cloud transformation.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies; Jira/MS Project experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex IT transformation projects, including application modernization and infrastructure migration initiatives.
• Define project roadmaps, work plans, budgets, resources, milestones and delivery governance.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders and suppliers for project alignment.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
• Ensure delivery within timelines, scope, budget and quality standards.
• Use Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods as required.
• Present status risks and solutions to stakeholders.
