Zusammenfassung

Domes Resorts & Reserves is seeking a proactive IT Technician to support internal users and ensure the proper functioning of company systems. The role requires experience in technical support, incident resolution, and basic Microsoft environment administration.

You will manage tickets, configure devices, and maintain Microsoft 365 services while ensuring security patching and documentation. Join a fast-paced hospitality group with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, IT administration, or similar.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with device configuration, endpoint compliance, software updates, and security patching.
• Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and technical documentation practices.
• Certs such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log, manage, and track IT support tickets for timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain corporate IT equipment, systems, and applications.
• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Manage user identities, access permissions, and endpoint devices.
• Monitor endpoint compliance through Intune/MDM dashboards.
• Perform routine infrastructure maintenance and security patching.
• Monitor patch compliance and support IT security policies.
• Maintain IT documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure system reliability.
