Job summary

Intracon Marketing Solutions is seeking an IT Support professional to maintain day-to-day IT operations in a cloud-based environment and provide end-to-end incident management. You will handle Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tasks, configure laptops, manage virtualization (Proxmox, AWS) and Linux services, and mentor junior colleagues.

The role offers on-site work with a collaborative team, a clear EOS/Traction-style rhythm, and opportunities to contribute to IT improvements and training programs.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational degree in IT systems, network administration or similar.
• At least 3 years of IT support experience in a company environment.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including users, permissions, licences, mailboxes, and security tasks.
• Familiarity with virtualised and cloud environments (Proxmox, AWS) and Linux.
• Fluent Spanish and English at B2 level.
• Proactive, team-player attitude and willingness to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and requests end to end through the ticketing system.
• Work with and manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID on a day-to-day basis—users, permissions, licences, mailboxes, security tasks.
• Prepare, configure and maintain laptops and peripherals, and keep inventory up to date.
• Support infrastructure: virtual machines on AWS, Linux-based services, network, firewall and backups.
• Train and mentor trainees who join the IT team through our partnership with a training centre.
• Suggest improvements to IT operations to improve efficiency.
