Job summary

Domes Resorts is seeking a proactive IT Technician to join our expanding IT team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to internal users, ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s systems, equipment, and tools.

Responsibilities include first-level end-user support, ticket logging and resolution, and administration of Microsoft 365, Intune/MDM dashboards, and security patching across devices. You will collaborate with other departments to maintain system reliability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support experience.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with device configuration, endpoint compliance, software updates and security patching.
• Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and technical documentation practices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log, manage, and track IT support tickets for timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain corporate IT equipment, systems, and applications.
• Administer the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Manage user identities, access permissions, and endpoint devices.
• Monitor endpoint compliance through Intune/MDM dashboards.
• Perform routine infrastructure maintenance and timely security patching.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure system reliability and uninterrupted operations.
