Job summary
Domes Resorts, Spain, seeks a proactive IT Technician to join its IT team. You will provide first-line technical support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure the proper functioning of company systems and devices.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IT support, a degree in IT/CS, and experience with Microsoft 365 environments, Intune/MDM, and endpoint management. A growing hospitality group offers opportunities within a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in IT support, help desk, or similar role
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certificates are a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Log, track, and manage IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Install, configure and maintain IT equipment, systems and applications
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments and manage user identities
- Monitor endpoint compliance using Intune/MDM dashboards
- Perform routine infrastructure maintenance and security patching
- Maintain IT documentation and support security policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure system reliability
