Job summary

EF English Live is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist & Office Facilities professional to join our Barcelona office. You will manage IT assets, provide technical support, and oversee office operations to ensure a smooth working environment for a multinational team.

The role includes coordinating with providers, onboarding new joiners, and organizing events, with a focus on reliability and security of the office infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Fluent level of English is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in IT asset inventory management is required.
• High level of responsibility handling IT equipment and assets.
• Good problem-solving and incident prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT asset inventory and procurement processes.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor office network and ensure meeting rooms are fully equipped.
• Coordinate IT equipment setup, deliveries, collections, and remote support.
• Manage IT incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations with suppliers like WeWork.
• Manage office supplies, deliveries, invoices, and related expenses.
• Coordinate onboarding for new joiners and organize internal events and recognitions.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with external providers and EF Central.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the office.
