BV Tech Group is expanding its team for a client in Lisbon, seeking an IT Technician to join as part of the IT Service Operations group. The role requires basic experience, a technical or scientific degree, and strong English communication; familiarity with Windows and Linux is essential.

You will handle emergency response, system maintenance, and basic infrastructure support, while documenting monitoring activities and actions taken.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar IT service role.
• Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems.

Responsabilidades

• Emergency Management: promptly respond to emergency situations.
• Maintenance and Updates: contribute to the maintenance and updating of security devices and software.
• Technical Support: provide basic technical support for infrastructure-related issues, such as system restoration or hardware problem resolution.
