Oesía Group is seeking an IT/OT Support Technician for the factory OT department in Valdepeñas. You will be the main liaison for IT support in production environments, ensuring proper incident management and lifecycle support for OT assets.

Requirements include ASIR Level II, Windows administration, and knowledge of industrial hardware and networks. The role is on-site with opportunities for career growth and continuous training.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial triage of incidents from Production and resolve within scope.

• Keep inventory of factory IT assets up to date and mitigate obsolescence.
• Install and maintain OSes, apps, and tools used in industrial environments.
• Collaborate with Production Engineering on IT support tasks and deployments.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers as needed.

We are looking to hire someone for the factory’s OT (Operational Technology) Department to provide IT support for production environments, serving as the point of contact and follow-up for all needs related to OT systems and hybrid OT/IT assets in production.

The successful candidate will work closely with the IT department to ensure that incidents are properly managed, that safeguards are kept up to date, and that the factory’s IT assets receive the necessary support throughout their entire lifecycle.

What are we looking for?

• Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.
• Degree:Level II Vocational Training in Computer Systems Administration (ASIR).

Requirements:

  Experience in Windows system administration and support.
