BV TECH Group in Madrid is seeking an IT Service Operations professional to join our client project. The role focuses on emergency management, maintenance of security devices and software, and providing basic infrastructure support.

You will document monitoring activities and contribute to continuous improvement while working on-site from 9:00 to 18:00. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a similar role, a technical degree, strong English, and solid OS and networking knowledge.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Strong knowledge of the main OS (Windows, Linux).
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Ability in hardware and software problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Emergency Management: promptly respond to emergency situations.
• Maintenance and Updates: contribute to the maintenance and updating of security devices and software.
• Technical Support: provide basic technical support for infrastructure-related issues, such as system restoration or hardware problem resolution.
• Reporting and Recording: carefully document monitoring activities and actions taken.
