BV TECH Group en Madrid busca un técnico de IT Service Operations para apoyar a un cliente ubicado en Lisboa. El puesto es a tiempo completo y se realiza en la sede.

Ofrecemos contrato de 1 año con posibilidad de estabilización, formación y certificaciones. Se valora experiencia de 1 año, buen inglés y conocimientos de Windows y Linux.

Formación

• Al menos 1 año de experiencia en un rol similar.
• Titulación técnica o universitaria en campo relacionado.
• Excelente dominio del inglés.
• Conocimiento sólido de los sistemas operativos Windows y Linux.
• Buena comprensión de fundamentos de redes.
• Capacidad para resolver problemas de hardware y software.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión de emergencias: responder rápidamente ante incidencias.
• Mantenimiento y actualizaciones: colaborar en el mantenimiento de dispositivos de seguridad y software.
• Soporte técnico: ofrecer soporte básico para incidencias de infraestructura.
• Registro e informe: documentar de forma detallada las actividades de monitoreo.

We are looking for a

IT Service Operations Support

Location: Madrid

Employment type: Full-time | On-site

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position: BV Tech S.p.A., an engineering and ICT services company, is looking to expand its team for a client located in Lisbon an IT Service Operations

If you are passionate about technology, you are in the right place! We are looking for an exceptional IT Technician to expand our team.

Your responsibilities

• Emergency Management: promptly respond to emergency situations
• Maintenance and Updates: contribute to the maintenance and updating of security devices and software
• Technical Support: provide basic technical support for infrastructure-related issues, such as system restoration or hardware problem resolution
• Reporting and Recording: carefully document monitoring activities and actions taken.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Strong knowledge of the main OS (Windows, Linux)
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Ability in hardware and software problem solving
