BV TECH is seeking an IT Service Operations Support to join our team in Madrid for a client project in Lisbon. You will handle emergency response, maintenance, and basic technical support for IT infrastructure, while ensuring documentation is thorough and timely.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a similar role, a technical degree, fluent English, and solid knowledge of Windows and Linux, plus networking basics.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar IT operations role.
• Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Emergency Management: promptly respond to emergency situations
• Maintenance and Updates: contribute to the maintenance and updating of security devices and software
• Technical Support: provide basic technical support for infrastructure-related issues, such as system restoration or hardware problem resolution
• Reporting and Recording: carefully document monitoring activities and actions taken
