BV Tech Group is expanding its team for a client in Lisbon, seeking an IT Technician to join as part of the IT Service Operations group. The role requires basic experience, a technical or scientific degree, and strong English communication; familiarity with Windows and Linux is essential.

You will handle emergency response, system maintenance, and basic infrastructure support, while documenting monitoring activities and actions taken.

Formación

At least 1 year of experience in a similar IT service role.
Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field.
Excellent English language skills.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems.

Responsabilidades

Emergency Management: promptly respond to emergency situations.
Maintenance and Updates: contribute to the maintenance and updating of security devices and software.
Technical Support: provide basic technical support for infrastructure-related issues, such as system restoration or hardware problem resolution.
Reporting and Recording: carefully document monitoring activities and actions taken.
