ASTEK Iberia is seeking an IT PMO to support coordination, reporting and monitoring of several parallel IT initiatives across Spain. This cross-functional role covers diverse tech domains including ticketing solutions, security software and other critical IT projects.

You will monitor progress, identify risks, maintain documentation and produce executive reporting for senior stakeholders, enabling governance and timely decision-making across distributed teams.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator or Project Management Support professional within IT environments.
• Experience producing executive reporting, dashboards and management presentations.
• Strong experience supporting governance activities, steering committees and status review processes.
• Good understanding of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects simultaneously, tracking milestones, deliverables, schedules and resource allocation.
• Identify and elevate risks, delays and dependencies affecting project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, change registers, action trackers and meeting minutes.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance materials and reporting packs for steering committees and project review meetings.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-up of actions and decisions.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast-versus-actual tracking where applicable.
• Manage and maintain departmental documentation repositories.
• Act as a coordination point between local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
