ASTEK Iberia is seeking an experienced IT PMO to drive coordination, reporting and governance across multiple IT projects in Spain. You will support dashboards, KPI tracking and senior stakeholder communications to ensure program visibility and timely decisions.

If you have 3–5 years in PMO/Project Coordination within IT, strong governance experience, and fluent Spanish/English, you will fit well. Azure DevOps familiarity and multinational teamwork are a plus.

Formación

• 3–5 years of PMO/Project Coordination experience in IT environments.
• Experience supporting multiple projects within a portfolio.
• Experience producing executive dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with governance activities and status reviews.
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects simultaneously, tracking milestones, deliverables, schedules and resource allocation.
• Identify and elevate risks, delays and dependencies affecting project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, change registers, action trackers and meeting minutes.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance materials and reporting packs for steering committees and project review meetings.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-up of actions and decisions.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast-versus-actual tracking where applicable.
• Manage and maintain departmental documentation repositories.
• Act as a coordination point between local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
