Job summary

TGW Logistics Group is seeking a Customer Support IT Technician in Spain to ensure smooth operation of warehouse automation systems. You will provide remote and on-site technical support, resolve incidents, and help maximize system performance and availability.

The role requires a solid IT background, experience with SQL/Oracle, and familiarity with .NET technologies, Windows OS, and Agile practices. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years bachelor’s degree in IT science or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows Server).
• Programming in C# and/or Java; familiar with .NET stack and GUI tech (WPF/WCF).
• Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile practices.
• Experience with Jira or DevOps tooling (TFS).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and provide remote/on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second level IT support for warehouse automation systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents.
• Create and maintain system documentation and processes.
• Travel to customer sites up to 30% and support deployments.
