Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a System Administrator I in Spain to deliver reliable IT support in a remote-first environment. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage server infrastructure, support Microsoft 365, VMware/Hyper‑V, and assist with network, security, and application issues.

You will also contribute to customer satisfaction, document work, and participate in on-call rotations to support onsite and remote operations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Windows Server 2016–2025 and basic server tasks.
• VMware/Hyper‑V virtualization experience.
• Microsoft Azure and Entra ID, Active Directory, and 365 knowledge.
• Networking basics and MSP-style support experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows/macOS workstations and common business apps.
• Manage server environments and ensure availability and performance.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Maintain virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Support office software, backups, endpoint security, and devices.
• Troubleshoot networking issues including firewalls and switches.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians and handle escalations.
• Deliver professional client service and clear documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support.
• Aim to meet CSAT and first-contact resolution targets.
