World Courier de Espana, S.A. in Coslada, Madrid, is hiring an International Agent to support Operations and Customer Services. The role is based in Madrid with a path to a hybrid model after training.

You will be the primary contact for clients, agents, and the wider network in the Middle East and Africa, handling bookings, tracking, and quotations to ensure on-time delivery. The position requires English and French fluency, familiarity with logistics processes, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Fluency in English and French – Essential.
• Prior experience or knowledge of the logistics sector – Desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Handle enquiries from clients, agents, and offices via phone and email in English and French.
• Receive bookings and update internal tracking system.
• Provide quotations via email.
• Monitor and track shipments and respond to deviations from the plan.
• Keep clients and offices updated on shipment status, including delays.
• Advise on pickup, delivery, or temperature control handling to agents/destination offices.
• Communicate temperature results after delivery and note deviations.
• Build and maintain relationships with offices, clients, agents, airlines, and suppliers.
• Update internal systems when new jobs are created.
