World Courier Inc. is looking for a Subregional Sales Manager based in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will drive sales strategies for Spain, Portugal, and Italy while collaborating with various internal teams to meet revenue goals.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish, possess a degree related to business, and have relevant experience in the pharmaceutical logistics industry. The position emphasizes consultative sales, customer engagement, and team development.

Formación

• Management/Supervision experience in a growing global service environment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in transport logistics.
• Ability to interact with senior management up to C-suite level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic plans for Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
• Lead sales teams in securing business partnerships and expanding the customer base.
• Support the adoption of sales technologies and use performance analytics.
