Job summary

Spring GDS España, an international logistics partner, is seeking a Sales Consultant Support in Madrid to drive client prospecting, onboarding, and retention. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and CX teams to ensure seamless service delivery and profitability, while expanding an international client base.

You will participate in identifying new prospects, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client prospecting or sales support.
• Experience in the logistics or e-commerce sector is valued.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
• Proven ability in commercial prospecting and client engagement.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and identify new prospects.
• Qualify prospects through calls and outreach; maintain assigned client portfolio.
• Design client-specific logistics solutions and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate service implementation with Operations and update CRM systems.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
