Rhenus Logistics in Barcelona is seeking an Inside Sales Team Lead to implement country/regional sales strategies, retain customers, and drive growth across the Customer Service function.

You will lead, coach, and onboard team members in Customer Retention and Customer Service, foster a customer-centric culture, and monitor performance with KPIs to guide business decisions and revenue growth.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience within the freight, transportation or logistics industry.
• 3–5 years with pricing.
• Analytical ability, and data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with logistics/transportation bid processes and practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong service orientation.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and especially deep Excel knowledge.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop team members, including onboarding and training new employees within the Customer Retention and Customer Service functions.
• Foster a customer-centric culture focused on service excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term client relationships.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the achievement of commercial and operational objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee sales campaigns, monitoring performance through KPIs and providing actionable insights to support business growth.
• Optimize team workload distribution and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of sales objectives.
• Contribute to pipeline generation initiatives and customer retention programs, supporting sustainable revenue growth.
• Act as the main administrator and subject matter expert for CRM platforms and internal sales management tools, ensuring data quality and process compliance.
• Develop and expand relationships with strategic Inside Sales accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and increased customer value.
• Ensure consistent implementation of regional sales directives, corporate guidelines, and company policies.
• Serve as a key user, trainer, and change ambassador for new systems, processes, and digital tools, supporting successful adoption across the organization.
• Support departmental budgeting and forecasting processes through data analysis and business insights.
• Promote a strong culture of compliance by implementing and monitoring the required controls, procedures, and policies in line with corporate governance standards.
