Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales and Sales Development teams. The role focuses on exceeding SMB revenue targets, managing the sales pipeline, and driving growth through effective coaching and performance management.

You will collaborate with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies, optimize processes, and enhance lead generation, while maintaining a customer-centric approach and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Inside Sales and Sales Development teams in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and exceed quotas.
• Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• CRM system proficiency and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Inside Sales and Sales Development team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Manage pipeline with CRM data, ensure accurate forecasting, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
• Coach and develop talent through training and individual development plans; implement performance management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales Support.
