• Prepare and submit accurate documentation in a timely manner.
• Support customer retention and growth via cross- and up-selling.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication and participate in regular calls.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Customer Service teams to strengthen relationships.
• Support reporting activities and assist the Team Leader or Manager with tasks.
