Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Landside Multicarrier Agent in Madrid to own and manage the end-to-end inland customer experience, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient execution of inland services. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality service.

The role requires the ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively across teams and, where relevant, supporting and guiding

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the end-to-end inland service process, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to inland services, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Deliver value-added solutions by leveraging strong business and process understanding.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, proactively identifying risks and preventing errors.
• Prepare and submit accurate documentation in a timely manner.
• Support customer retention and growth through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Maintain proactive and clear communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams, including participation in regular calls.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Customer Service teams to strengthen customer relationships.
• Support reporting activities and execute additional tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the end-to-end inland service process , ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to inland services, ensuring timely and effective resolution

• Support reporting activities and execute additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager
