Job summary

Maersk in Madrid is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to coordinate end-to-end shipment activities and serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries. You will collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless experience and build lasting relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate has proven logistics experience, strong client-facing communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation.
• Strong customer-facing experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong customer-first approach.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipment activities for customers.
• Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer retention.
• Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor service performance and escalations where appropriate.
