Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end shipment activities for customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solution.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer retention.
• Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor service performance and escalated issues where appropriate.
